Important to understand!. The REG A offering is to raise Capital for Growth, Period, End of Conversation. revenue doesn’t even matter when it comes to the REG A offering. A lot of Companies go public to raise capital. It’s not A bad thing. It’s not some boogie Man out to get shareholder. SMH Imo
