AlphaBit/Munaf Ali bought the TCRI shell for the 550K. AlphaBit was created by a guy named Reza Dari. Reza was once one of the wealthiest VC'c in the world.
Ali acquired the US listing entity (TCRI) for the purpose of putting income generating assets into the TCRI shell. To my knowledge, Phoenix Group’s income generating assets consist of crypto mining assets and/or I believe their stores in Dubai and Turkey that are the largest distributors of Bitmain equipment in the world. By the way, Bitmain is the biggest maker of crypto mining hard ware in the world! Ali said to expect to share more information in early 2022. My guess, that is any day up to the end of January.

USA mining farm will be live December 2021.

What's really amazing is that the Phoenix Group is projected in 2022 to have the highest hash rate of any major player in the Crypto mining space.
