One can make a case that the hero in this, so far, is Berman's lawyer, who undoubtedly required him to stop all PRs, a year ago, as a condition of defending him.

Think of the dozens of PRs that we would have seen in the past year. More of "now we're testing this way and here", "we've got this next application 'near complete'", "we have yet another distributor signed", "the testing results exceeded our expectations" etc. Many of which would have fooled yet another new batch of pink sheet "investors" to buy and lose their tiny pink sheet bankrolls.

Berman's lawyer has cost him far more than the legal fees, he has cost him the income from selling millions of shares to pay for yet more personal expenses!
