Another active poster commented on this and I think this is the biggest hole which needs clarification. You can't announce financing and fail to define the terms. That's assuming they have already been agreed upon. There is a big difference between the type of financing where the infusion of investment creates the necessary company growth/profits to counterbalance the "interest" terms of the financing and the type of financing that proves to be toxic. Inquiring minds want to know.
