No guarantee it'll rise. A newsletter recommended this last year around the same price. Same newsletter is pushing again because of the halving, as well as others just to sell a new subscription. I just simply like pointing out people who try predicting with nothing but hearsay and hopes, then the prediction doesn't pan out. Everyone needs to do their own assessment and not be a sucker for yahoo's trying to sound like they know what they are talking about
