That doesn't mean they are going to go through with it and it hasn't been approved by FINRA yet either! And besides, the share structure is already super tiny with only 170 million held at the DTC! I don't think the shares are going to get any cheaper with all of the purchase orders they mentioned that they already have on the books which is more in just this first month of 2022 than all 12 months in 2021 combined! ~Nothing to worry about!
