I usually buy at lows and average down on the way down case and point, but after what I am learning with some DD, for the first time I am buying on the way up and selling what ever I have in the money and using the cash to buy RGGI.

With that said this is a long term hold for me and we will see 10 cents, it was mid Feb of last year when we hit 19 cents and as we all know the entire OTC market started to go south.

we have gone up nicely and some people will sell, specially people that have no clue what they are holding and that is fine chance to pickup discounted shares for others including myself.

I do not see much selling and there is not a lot of shares out there so it will move fast with any solid news about sales.
