Presently the uplisting hinges on the stock staying above .01 for 30 days.

The uplisting clock starts again whenever the stock closes below .01 and then closes above .01. The company has done everything the OTC Markets has asked, but the stock had dropped below .01 for a week and then again this week.

When we maintain above .01 for 30 days it will be re submitted and should be fast tracked to the uplist.
