That simply means that traders have taken their losses and it is consolidating at the low end of the spectrum. flippers like myself look at this and understand that the competition for profiting short term is spread across an increasing number of retail traders. Now bring in the dilution that will be queued up for the press releases. The stock begins to break down rapidly once new flippers quit believing that they can profit in my opinion. 1 billion new shares in only 2 quarters is not good and there are a lot of beaten down stocks out there to play that don't appear to be headed for a reverse split. There are stocks with billions outstanding that have run hard, but those usually have blue sky stories. That isn't the case here. This is an expensive business model that doesn't produce much cash flow.
