My other Asian experience seemed more about collecting dues from members as their main source of income. This one seems to be about selling a useful product(s) and services. That's always a nice perk! I like that they need to pay a lease of some sort on that clinic. I'm sure it's not a rent-free space. I need them to be slaves to our destiny. You can't just walk away from a lease.
