I would bet Bryan Stone does not even have any paper work or anything on the spinout and him being a rookie CEO of a Pub Co!

It DOES NOT TAKE A YEAR to do lawyer paperwork for a spinoff. Here come the Rotten Rotman excuses. The Lawyers had all this hard work to do, the accountants had all this hard work to do, the auditors had all this hard work to do, me and my dad had all this hard work to do and have spend countless nights working on it 24/7!
