I genuinely do not believe there are 100b shares in the AS. That is an unheard of number that doesn't make any sense. The 100b referenced on the Delaware incorporation website is from January 2020. OTCmarkets never updated to show that in 2 years? The filing on SEC.gov is unsigned and the amendment document does not reference TGGI directly. This has to be an error. A stock with a crazy AS or OS would not move on air like this. Seems like some crazy tricks going on to drop the stock and accumulate shares.
