I listened to that again. Especially the second part sounds really great. Weird to me that not more peeps bite. Maybe because he is saying that they have the "option" to use this shell? What other "option" to go forward would they have is the question. I don't see any. The thing that is mind boggling is that he says that they are in the process to do a private placement with accredited investors right now and nobody of these guys, not a single guy finds it attractive to buy ARAT at 6 or 7 bucks right now. That's a head scratcher.
