The bull case for anything SPIN has been completely wrong FOREVER. Not due to the business but literally no mgmt to make it happen. Self dealing, rinky dink choices .... like grade school simple stuff.

There is no amount of "SPIN"ning that can be done to make this dog look desirable or to overlook the vast horrific mismanagement of this company.

That said. the capital structure is the only thing of value left as well as some patents if I recall correct. Everything else has been drained out.
Capital structure is pristine and it can and could move on a whiff of just about anything ...
