Right now the EPA has unchallenged authority to make and enforce rules regarding co2 emissions. Lower liberal courts have supported theses illegal actions. The EPA is a group of Federal regulators who are like minded with groups such as Sierra Club, Green Pease, RDDB (Red Dipper Doppler Baby) and the American Taliban, founded by John Walker Lind, based out of Marian Country CA. So as you probably already know, a number of these RDDB entities are already sewing Delfin. Thus if the EPA’s de facto legislative power is not stopped by the SC, then a FERC permit will not be issued by Commissioner Glick who only believes in windmills.
