Secret Plan (if there is one then this is my guess)
1) scare everyone into selling their shares.
2) hire people to discredit anyone who says anything reasonable to help with the scare tactics.
3) stall the court cases until more people have to sell their shares
Only question is who is accumulating and how many more shares do they need.
