Why The Confidence in No Legal Opinion

I think the lawyer in this transaction is thorough. What I admire about her, is the level of detail she puts into her opinions.

Example the 2019 Annual report she spelled out the Discovery Minerals, Ltd., accountant had an expired license. Even though Discovery Mineral omitted that disclosure in the same Annual Report Disclosure.

DSCR has more questions than answers, until those are answered and her firm's past outstanding invoice is paid in full, don't expect a legal opinion from the current firm.
