I don't want to throw water on your parade but the percentage of companies that ever buy back any of their shares is under 25%. It sounds great to announce a buy back but just remember they are not required to even though they say they are going to do it. It looks as though they only have 16 million shares out there. If they bought back 1 million it sure would bounce up the share price. With the number of shares I have purchased and reinvesting the dividend each quarter I will keep smiling especially if I could get the share price up to $2.00.
