Doesn't matter who it is, or if it is a group of people.
Just because a person or group states they know for a fact that Stephen Brown is going to defraud Canada and USA HPIL investors for $10 million dollars is laughable. Exactly what evidence do they have to prove Mr. Brown is going to defraud investors?
Doesn't matter if Stephen Brown has lost past Civil Lawsuits. That doesn't prove he is going to steal millions in the near future. That's something attorneys would use during an actual trial, not something a Canadian Police Officer would use to arrest Stephen Brown.
