The price per share can go to Infinity if the buying power is there. Usually as long as the OS is below 8 billion shares, it tends to run quick on lower volume. $QBAN is TA verified, so we would see any evidence of dilution or float increases immediately. There are only 5.8B shares held at DTC, which is essentially the float in this case. The "watering down" you are referring to only happens if there is dilution present, which doesn't seem to be the case with the verified TA numbers.
