Those shares are an investment in OBTX. Like any shareholder, Bots has to decide whether to hold them or fold them. Currently, they are an asset and add roughly $16 million + in value to BTZI. I think that Obitx still has a lot of potential and has complimentary technology to Bots which could prove valuable in the future. I would favor them holding on to those shares for their leverage and as a continuing investment unless they expect them to lose value.
