Willing to take the chance of watching it dip over the next few weeks until entry on news of a contract... happens every time. 100% - 400% pop on news, followed by a dip then gradual return to highs or new highs or continuous free fall to where it popped from...

Prime example TPTW on news of a multi billion dollar contract..

If one would have bought 1 million shares near the peak at say .06

1 million shares for $60k...

Today that 60k would be valued at just shy of 10k

Or DPLS, if you'd invested $200k for a million shares at .20

It would be worth 60k today
