At the beginning of this CA disagreement,I thought it was a put on for some other reason. It still might be. Dr JJ (Javitt tht Hutt) cannot legally sell his shares until just before summer and I do not believe that he was comfortable with that but not to say that he believes it will fail. I do not have faith that this run up will stand the test of time. Too much litigation and FDA decisions, however, if this works out right on both fronts within a week of the two of these "snags"...$2 is a real possibility
