gdet WAS pink current 6 months ago, and UBQU not!
it was real weird. Ballas became ceo of GDET...
(and all of a sudden folks show up and bash ballas on gdets sites!)
next, GDET goes limited
and UBQU where we were wondering if it would ever go beyond limited went current!
my theory on this is that hedgie was terrified because if GDET and UBQU were pink at the same time, they wouldn't need to worry about any name change applications to the sec for UBQU....they could end up with a recall of short shares on GDET (another penny I'm sure is naked shorted to hell) as Ballas Merged GDET with UBQU.
just like amy and jimmy, one squeezes, the other squeezes.
so....quick! lock down GDET so it is unable to be merged...yet.
and indeed, we wait, but I don't think its because ballas isn't doing anything, it's because Hedgie is doing whatever influence they have with the OTC (and let's be honest, you don't think hedgie influences these agencies?) ...to SLOW WALK these changes as MUCH. AS. POSSIBLE.
one thing I've found very interesting on this board is detractors still contend ballas is corrupt and sometimes claim he was in collusion with entities like GPL which is now under investigation and their position with UBQU's convertibles suspended.
as I ask some of my friends in PM all the time....if ballas is so corrupt
1. why isn't the SEC/OTC investigating him, why is GDET and UBQU still not suspended
but oh so more importantly.
2. if ballas is corrupt, how did he just get ELEVATED to GDET'S CEO?
also, if ballas is 100% in control and corrupt and his agenda is to just sell sell convertibles to death to pocket money
why would ballas take over another ticker that is 6 million dollars in debt? UBQU is only 1.7M in debt. why take on a deader cat than UBQU?
and the SEC OTC can slow walk pink current and they can slow walk mergers and ticker changes.....but they can't stop them.
I'm patient. Ballas might have been a petty con artist in 2018, but in my opinion, he knows basic math, and realizes thanks to criminals much bigger than him, have gifted him two rocket ships. regardless of the status of ballas' ethics, he and Ms. Preya wouldn't just turn down this huge opportunity, which GDET must be as far as I can tell.
