You’re right thisismynutto. Even though the S-1 wasn’t a toxic note per se, it was extremely toxic to the SP and retail shareholders.
The S-1 allowed the investors to short the stock immediately, which it looks like they clearly were doing.
Hoping things go well from here.
Bought some more today at opening bell actually.
