You as a shareholder were obviously lied to, and induced by Fear of Missing Out (FOMO). This was a coordinated pump relying on the shareholders to become the broadcaster of Discovery Minerals inside information scheme.

Discovery Minerals Ltd., illegal business practice allowed this conspiracy to sell more that 1.6 BILLION shares to be sold between May 3 and May 11, 2021. Netting the conspirators more than $50,000,000 in illicit profits.

This is what destroyed the company and why managment went to great lengths (scienter 6 times) to conceal the existience of the Discovery Minerals Coin including:

1. Taken down the Discovery Minerals Ltd website.
2. Purposely omitting the DSC Coin transaction, 3 time s in a mandatory filed report.
3. Omitting disclosure of any business dealing with the Discovery Mineral Coin in "subsequent events"


Threats Against My Family & I
