3% will end? I still don't understand. An expiration date of some sort for 3% of an original share offering? Maybe it's the buy-in I propose. The discounted price expires on January 10, and a new offering will be higher. That's how my speculation -- with no supporting evidence -- has been due to my previous experience. It doesn't falsify my speculation. I just don't know.. Insufficient information. But it is interesting indeed!
