Yeah I went back and tried to catch up with what's happening here last night and I'm not sure why they would choose an R/S at this point. Particularly with all of the new reporting requirements.

They've made several announcements in recent months ( from what little I had time to look at) last night that makes it look like they may have some plans in the works here so I can sort of understand adding some amount of shares if there's an announcement in the works, but like you, I'm honestly not sure how an R/S would benefit any of these companies any longer.. The new Pink reporting requirements already leave their financials and everything else exposed, just seems to me that an R/S would be sort of a death wish at this point. I guess we'll see. I don't really know much about this one maybe there's more going on here than I found in my short searcH?
