Low floaters will hold their base until the symbol change or talks of it which the base here seems to be 1.35 to 1.50

Speculation of a symbol date change and merger talks will drive the the current PPS to $10.00 plus..
My calculations show we should be at 24.00 to 30.00 here without any major news
