I'm seeing quite a reaction posted elsewhere to the Form 4's just filed.

All I can say is that I don't think 884,029 + 2,008,256 + 7,366,204 + 22,626 = 22,626.

So if there is a Form 4, there is probably a Form 4/A, also.

But, neither can I figure out if I am going to be able to hear the Wainwright presentation on the 7th, either.

I should know better than to post when I admit in advance that I don't understand what I'm seeing. Oh, well. If someone can clarify things for me, I'd appreciate it.
