Still waiting for the Hebrew speaking population to research and report on the Haifa Court. In lieu of any fact-based communication from the Haifa Court translated into English, we are left to rely on the Haifa rumor mill operated by Team Turner.

IF there is any truth to their rumors, and the Haifa Court approves whatever is before them, then all debts will be wiped out. This means OWCP would have no debt.
