That isn't accurate - if the right pumping crew gains control of OWCP they could run the price up to a couple of dollars.

I doubt you ever saw the power of APS - I was alerted to buy a stock at $0.06 and it went to $22 - of course I wasn't foolish enough to buy. When it got to $7 many jumped in and shorted it - but they got margin calls and were wiped out - I remember one Hedge fund manager in particular.

Unless OWCP is revoked and it hasn't been suspended - there is hope for shareholders - it might be a couple of years but these shares rarely die.
