Happy New Year all!! Hope you all had blessed holidays and able to spend time with family. So, here we are in 2022 and hope and pray things come together for us shareholders this year!! I checked in/emailed Orie this afternoon and he just sent me this:
"Registration is on the way Transfer Agent hired and documents S1 should be ready to submit in the next week. Then we will have to get the SEC comments and blessings and start trading."
