As I have said many times before M.Sims is an Investor that STRONGLY BELIEVES in PCTL future, (CO/CEO IS NOT IN THE CARDS AT THIS TIME FOR MANY DIFFERENT REASONS),his interest in the company is sufficient to propell the share price to double digits in a hurry.. GG and Art are working very hard to make this company a global player in the O/G FIELD,Agr is a very CLOSE
SECOND.. The rest is just icing on the cake...JMHO
