I just spoke with him and here is what he said:

1. They are filing the K today
2. The Q is waiting on some points he didn’t elaborate on
3. I asked if we could have some conference with shareholders so he can give us an update and he said wait till this week is over.
4. He was very polite but didn’t give more info but I got the impression that he was sending a message that this week will generate news.
