A perpetual motion machine is a machine that can work infinitely without an external energy source. HPIL’s powertrain will be self-charging so there is an energy source. It says “any charging function performed while the vehicle is being driven”. I know when I jump-start my car I have to drive it to charge the battery. So something here seems to make a little bit of sense to me.

I am not an engineer but that is how I interpret it. Either way the investment price here is so small that it’s definitely worth the risk to find out.
