After 4.3 hrs of 'on hold' with ET, they explained I must get the 3 documents from Docusign, filled out, sent in to Vstock Transfer, then wait for a DWAC control number, give that number to ET, then the process is complete to deposit funds in my bank account, not my Etrade account.
Sent first docusign in Dec 3rd, nothing back as of today, will keep plugging along....
