"I don’t think it’s likely that any of the largest streaming services will merge. One reason is that nearly all of them belong to very large corporations that would not be allowed to merge with each other for antitrust reasons. The only pure play among the big services is Netflix, and even a merger of Netflix with another major service might be seen as anticompetitive."
