If you are betting that he will be found guilty you might be on to something. Once that case is over, the SEC trial is next plus there are investor lawsuits.

Pretty hard for your Big Balls Berman to focus on bringing shareholders any value. Plus I would imagine any potential (if there are any) partners would be scared off with all the legal activity going down.

I think BigBalls has used all of 9 lives and then some.

And he can't blame it on the imaginary Cabal..
