I always felt that in recent times these 'Compliant' BK Courts have been 'too lazy' to protect shareholder rights and have given too much of a wide berth to Debtors in using the Section 365(g) of the BK Code...

I hope this BK Judge will give 'deference' to the Supreme Court and 'wake up' and really study what is at stake and what is being litigated before blindly ruling in favor of Debtors with a Broad brush...
