OK, so you are predicting the future based only on the past. And when do you predict he will open the flood gates again? This week? Next week? A month from now? 6 months? Did you predict that there would have been no dilution in 6 of the last 7 weeks? That isn't what he did in the past.

If someone tries to convince you to buy a stock they usually have a personal agenda to do so. Not because they are concerned about you making money but about convincing you to buy so they can make money. Same is true for those yelling sell.
