I understand how it works and I know a clinical company needs money. I was just saddened to see the full 50M shares after merger and than 3 weeks late AS increased to half a billion.

I was told all along the reason a merger was taking so long is they would only entertain a late stage company with plenty of $$$ to move forward. Thats why i continued to invest here. Until financials are released we don’t know how much $$ if any they company has.
