Does he really think his scam was so expertly put together and executed, and that the world is so small, that a group of uncconnected, and largely disinterested individuals would not be capable of spotting it for the BS it was immediately?

Am I part of the cabal? I am flattered. Honored in fact. Can I be a witness? Prosecution? Defence... I really don't mind! Just let me know! I'll clear my diary!

But I would testify as follows. Because I believe it is all true: And Most of it I can prove!
(i) I (think I) do know who Johhny C might be, because he has never made any attempt to conceal his identity or his relationship or past dealings with DECN, Berman or Taug. But I have never met him or conversed or conspired with him.
(ii) I have never met and have no idea who Pumperstumper, Rawman or any of the other protagonists of the cabal are! I have never met any of them. We have never schemed. We have never planned. All we have done is opine and comment critically on an internet chat forum. This wasn't hard. Your fraud was obvious Keith, and the science behind it was terrible. As Matthew Musho and Daniel Kim told you at the time, it seems!
(iii) I have one I hub account and alias. This is it.
(iv) I have no financial interest in either the success or - failure of DECN as a financial entity and view their shareholders largely as victims of an avoidable scam (which I tried to prevent) by one or more fraudsters, including Keith Berman.
The record here shows unequivocally that I tried along with - but independently of - the other aforementioned members of Bermans fantasy 'cabal' , and along with the SEC, FINRA and other government agenciesu to expose Berman's fraud.
(v) Berman cites mysterious DECN 'haters'. Because imo Berman perpetrates fraud. Fraud is a crime. Crimes have victims. Victims tend not to be well disposed towards their assailants. And THAT is
why there are DECN 'haters'. Because it is a criminal enterprise.
(vi) The record shows that the first ihub poster to link to the 'incriminating content' that Berman's 'cabal of hackers' allegedly 'stole' from the Pharmatech website 'back end - i.e. the deck which fraudulently listed Genviro as FDA cleared - prior to the SEC suspension - and which was probably instrumental in pumping the DECN stock up to $0.40ish was 'Plutoniumimplosion'.
The court exhibits link that account to Berman himself.
This was a naked pump by Berman himself that he sought to conceal by lying!
(vii) There is no way a a blood based antigen Covid test like the one that Berman claimed to have developed in March 2020 would ever work with the type of diagnostic accuracy required for any sort of clinical utility for the reasons that I cited on this forum in April 2020 and which Daniel Kim et al. stated to Keith Berman in March 2020 emails.
(viii) Therefore when Berman claimed he had developed a rapid blood based Covid 19 diagnostic test in March/April 2020... HE WAS LYING!

*No of course he doesn't. He just believes in and is doubling down his own ability to fool a jury into believing his lies in the same way as he has convinced shareholders in DECN and - it turns out - other companies like Access Healthnet - of his lies! One last lie pays for all, or he dies in jail. (SPOILER ALERT: Its the latter Keith!)
