Dunno, however he appears to be surrounding himself with pretty capable people, having said that, he / they need to come out and address the SS. Why not c9me out and clear the air and tell your sh’ers no RS needed and we’ll address a possible buyback when the time is right ? Look, they are a startup and need capital, everyone knows it. They made some stupid claims which is haunting them - have you any idea what a few Sh’ers had in terms of number of shares ?

If even a handful of those sh’ers decide they want back in, SP goes north of .015 faster than one’s phart after a burrito !
