You can vote EARLY. "You will be eligible to vote if you are an Alcanna Shareholder of record at the close of business on November 9, 2021. To ensure that your Alcanna Shares will be represented and voted at the Meeting, you should carefully follow the instructions provided in the Meeting Materials. All Alcanna Shareholders are encouraged to vote by proxy or in person (virtually) at the Meeting. The deadline for the receipt of proxies is 10:00 a.m. (Mountain Time) on January 5, 2022. However, Alcanna Shareholders are encouraged to "vote their Alcanna Shares as soon as possible in advance of the Meeting."
