Yep….There we’re terms and conditions set forth in being a “ qualified bidder “…4.3 M UPFRONT would be in consistent with the terms and conditions in being a qualified bidder…It clearly addresses the shares as one of many particulars in that process…I strongly suggest some re-examine those terms and conditions…Heck..The local junk sisters would have bought that place for scrap for much more than $ 4.3 M if those terms and conditions were”nt applicable….That simple…
