Okay so Kweichow is currently the largest liquor distillery in China.

If you search google for Kweichow then go to their Wikipedia page you can find the Chinese version of their name. Copy that and paste it in google and find the Baike.baidu.com listing for Kweichow.

Scroll down the page and see a dangerous sight for any company. Since 2018, they’ve had a nearly annual turnover of senior management.
