Aussie123, Americano did not sell his position in FMNJ because the CEO told him to sell, as you say. Check out the post again regarding his take on FMNJ.

From his post, Americano felt that he could no longer be an investor in FMNJ due to his thoughts about Jaime and FMNJ.

And if you think the SEC would give a tinker's damn about what is posted on this chat room site, you're smoking something that you should share with me.
