The "incoming company" are assets spun off of a company currently in Bankruptcy..Avilia Bio...(that will probably be litigated in bankruptcy court by investors of Avilia Bio..last time I checked you cant sell assets when in the middle of a bankruptcy)..so where will the money come from...read the filings...a .20 offering...they tried that in Feb for the failed miserably Recommerce aquistion..and again I ask..why buy a .20 offering when the current pps is just over a penny... 40-1 RS is the only way they can finance the deal...flip the flip..just dont be the last one holding the leash!!
