Pegasus Pharmaceuticals Inc. (OTC Pink: PGUZ) has announced today that it has started the process for a name change to Development Technologies Corp., and a symbol change to DVTC.



The Company has also launched a new website to provide ongoing information of its new direction as a Real Estate Technology Company. See www.developmenttechnologiescorp.com.



The new website is in beta form. However, it provides information of the new direction the Company has taken. Samuel Eisenberg, the current CEO, has announced the potential acquisition of certain real estate operations and assets.



The closings are expected to take place in all stock deals. The deals are expected to close in three (3) phases during the next 90 days or Q1 of 2022.
